Badminton Europe is inviting Member Associations to host the 2018 BEC Para-Badminton Event. If you are interested in hosting this event, we would like to receive an application from you.

The 2018 BEC Para-Badminton Event this year will consist of a combination of coaching course for new/beginner coaches in para-badminton and an administration course for administrators who will help kick start para-badminton in their countries.

The host organiser is expected to deliver the following:

• Accommodation and full board for participants and staff
• Unlimited access of at least 6 courts during the entire event
• Minimum 8 para-badminton players from Wheelchair and Standing Sport Classes
• Minimum one meeting room for about 30 persons during the entire event
• Transport
        o arrival and departure transport to/from the airport and to/from event venue(s)
        o internal transport for all participants for the event´s official activities
• Assistance between the local organisations and Badminton Europe
• Report and pictures delivered latest one week post event.

The 2018 BEC Para-Badminton Event is subjected to take place from 15th – 18th November 2018.

Please indicate in your proposal the total capacity of participants. Kindly also be aware that it will be an advantage if the local para-badminton coach(es), administrator(s) and players are available to take part in this event.

Applications to host the 2018 BEC Para-Badminton Event must reach Badminton Europe office no later than Monday, 2nd July 2018 before 16:00 CET.
