The 2018 All England Open Badminton Championships kicks off in less than a week and limited tickets are available. Don’t miss this opportunity to watch some of the biggest stars of our sport live on court in Birmingham.

- Badminton England looks forward to welcoming our friends and fans from across the world to the 108th YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships, Adrian Christy, Chief Executive of Badminton England, explains to Badminton Europe.

- Fans can expect an extraordinary and exhilarating display of world class badminton from the very best players in the world and an atmosphere that can be compared to any top sporting event across the globe.

Only three tournaments of the new HSBC BWF World Tour is in the  Super 1000-class. Alongside China Open and Indonesia Open, YONEX All England is the only one organized on the European continent.


- Our most interactive to date
- Away from the courts, the concourse will be our most interactive to date with many experiences to truly engage fans.

The Chief Executive from Badminton England explained to Badminton Europe that the fans can expect a lot of fan experiences such as; trying new products, meetings your favourite players and getting those important autographs and selfies that you will treasure for many years to come.

- Fans will even be able to get their hands on the prestigious YONEX All England trophy. There is so much more to make your experience of the YONEX All England one that you will never forget.

 
The experimental service law
The YONEX All England has an added dimension to it this year with it being the first Super 1000 event of the new HSBC BWF World Tour to introduce the new experimental service law.

- This is the most debated new regulation since the change to point per rally serving in 2006 and fans in the Arena will be able to judge for themselves whether this enhances their enjoyment of world class badminton or not. It will certinly be an element of the Championships that is sure to cause much discussion asmong fans, players, coaches and officials.
