Badminton Ireland are delighted to announce that applications are open for the position of Badminton Ireland National Coach. In late 2011 Badminton Ireland appointed a temporary National Coach for the London 2012 Olympic Games. At the time we committed to opening out the application after the London Games.

Badminton Ireland is looking forward to the next Olympic cycle and is keen to appoint a high calibre individual to lead the programme with a focus on medal success. Ireland currently has a rich pot of talent with Chloe Magee, Scott Evans, Sam Magee and in juniors Johnny Dolan and many more.

Badminton Ireland are looking for a coach who can work with these players on the world stage and develop a structure around the athlete talent pathway system to incorporate world class support services.
