Now is your chance to sign up for a BWF/BEC Level 2 Tutor’s Course from 16-18 June, 2017. The course will also be open to para-badminton tutors and coaches.

Badminton Europe (BEC) and the Belgian Badminton Association will be organising the tutor’s course in the city of Antwerp, and the objectives for the Level 2-courses are to have the Member Associations adopt the BWF Coach Education resources in their country, and that the Member Association’s participants conduct Level 2 courses in their respective countries.

Participants for the course must already have delivered coach education courses as tutors, and must be or prior to the course become, familiar with BWF Coach Education Level 1 resources.

Member Associations who are not familiar with the BWF Coach Education resources should get in touch with BWF to receive all the resources and go through them before the start of the course.

Each Member Association will be able to get 2 participants at the course, where Badminton Europe will cover 3 nights’ accommodation in a twin room including breakfast and lunch every day. Travel costs for the coaches have be covered by the Member Associations.

The deadline to send in applications is 1st May 2017.

All applications must be sent to BEC by the Member Associations, therefore we kindly ask you to contact your national badminton association for an application form.

Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation from Badminton Europe.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact Hugo Mussou, Junior Manager at the Badminton Europe office.
