Badminton Europe has published the seedings for the 2012 European Men's & Women's Team Championships which will be held in Amsterdam from 14 - 19 February. Title holder Denmark is the top seed in both categories. Germany took the second seeding spot in both events. 8 teams are seeded in each of the events and they will be placed in Group 1-8 in the draw. The remaining teams will be drawn into the 8 groups on random basis.

The draw will be conducted on Sunday, 18 December and will be announced on Monday 19 December 2012 at 15.00.

In total, 59 teams have entered for the event in the Dutch capital.
