Today it was confirmed that the 2016 European Senior Championships will be held in Terme Olimie, Podtrtcek, Slovenia from 18-24 September 2016.
The impressing surroundings and facilities at Terme Olimie will provide the many participants with great opportunities to enjoy the week-long event, next to playing at a major event as a European Championships.
Badminton Europe would like to thank the Slovenian Badminton Federation and Terme Olimie for hosting the event, and for a continuous good cooperation. Terme Olimie was successfully hosting the 2015 BEC Summer School – a success which is repeated in 2016.
The 2016 European Senior Championships will conclude a 2016-hattrick for Terme Olimie, as the well-recognized resort will also be hosting the 2016 BEC Annual Assembly weekend (Development Seminar, Delegates’ Meeting and Awards Gala) in April.
