Following the overwhelmingly positive feedback to the first BEC WIB Coaching Conference in 2013, the WIB were encouraged to make the Conference an annual event. The 2014 edition will focus on supporting the development of female coaches in Europe and provide insights to coaches of both genders on how to maximise the performances of their female players.
There will also be an in-depth discussion on the mental training and female requirements and will cover situations where the coach is working with young girls or top class players.
The WIB Europe Coach Conference will be held on the 20th of July during the 2014 BEC Summer School. The 2014 BEC Summer School is held in Vejen, Denmark from 19 – 26 July 2014.
