Register now for the upcoming BWF/BEC Tutor Education Level 1 course

Deadline to register participants for the BWF/BEC Tutor Education Level 1 Courses has been extended.

The BWF/BEC Level 1 Tutor’s Course will be hosted in Caldas de Rainha, Portugal from 17th to 19th September 2021 in a close cooperation with the Portuguese Badminton Association. The course is also opened to tutors/coaches who work with Para-badminton players/coaches. 

The objectives of BWF/ BEC Tutor Level 1 Coach Education Course are: 

  • To have the Member Associations adopt the BWF Coach Education resources in their country.
  • To have the Member Association’s participants conduct Level 1 Courses in the country 

Requirements
  • Must be certified BWF Coach Education Level 1. 
  • Participants should be familiar with the role of Tutor during a Coach Education course. 

Member Associations who are not familiar with the BWF Coach Education resources should get in touch with BWF to receive all the resources and go through them before the start of the course. 

The course will be held from 17th September to 19th September in Caldas de Rainha, Portugal

Services provided and entry fee
Badminton Europe will cover the following (for up to 2 participants from each Members):
  • 3 nights’ accommodation in a twin room including breakfast.
  • 3 lunches (one on each course day) and two dinners.

To provide these services in the best way possible, the participants or the Member must cover an entry fee of 200€ per participant.

Travel costs for the participants will not be covered by Badminton Europe. These costs must be covered by Member Associations or participants.

All candidates‘applications have to be submitted by their National Federations via the online link:

Be aware that participant’s CV in English will have to be attached within the online registration.

The deadline to fulfil this information has been extended and is now Tuesday 27 July 2021.

Badminton Europe will review the applications and sport CV and will confirm to the Member Associations their participation.

Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation from Badminton Europe.
 
Additional details about the venue and other arrangements will be communicated closer to the course.
