Since late March, Denmark’s 23-year-old Men’s Singles player Victor Svendsen has been tailing France’s Toma Popov for the top spot. However, he has managed to get the number one title for the European Elite Circuit Ranking once again.
Svendsen played in last weeks Denmark Challenge, and narrowly lost to another Frenchman, Lucas Claerbout in three games. Building on the four consecutive European Circuit finals and his win at the Italian International. The battle for top spot between Popov and Svendsen rumbles on.
