From 3-7 July 2019 the best badminton clubs of Europe will fight for the European Club Championship title in Junglinster, Luxembourg.

- It is great that Luxembourg is coming on the European major events organizers map. I am sure, we can expect a great tournament in the new location, Chair of the Major Events Commission, Peter Tarcala says.

We will see a great event
Senior Manager at Badminton Europe, Jimmy Andersen, has been to Luxembourg for a site visit of the venue.

- After visiting the competition venue and meeting with the organizing committee, I am confident that we will see a great event next year, Andersen says.

- The Luxembourg Badminton Federation and the organizing club, Junglinster, have been great supporters of the European Club Championships for many years, so I am pleased that we can now take the event to Luxembourg to give them a chance to play in front of their home fans.

- Milestone for our evolution
The Luxembourg Badminton Federation is pleased, that they will be the organizers of one of the big European badminton events for the first time.

- We would like to thank Badminton Europe for entrusting the Luxembourgish Badminton Federation and the Badminton Club of Junglinster with the 2019 European Club Championships. This is an honor, a challenge, and a milestone in our evolution, Richard Hölzmer, President of FELUBA says.

- We will do our best to organize it on a technically high level, but also presenting ourselves as good hosts, and offer an ambience to all participants that will make them feel welcome and in good hands. With that offer, and with the fact that this time the place and time for the event are known long in advance, we hope to see also the strong countries like Denmark, Netherlands and Germany in Luxembourg next year, Jos Greischer, initiator and Vice-president from hosting club, Junglinster says.
