In men’s doubles, the Polish top seeds Maciek Matusz and Bartosz Galazka are excited to get started in Prague, in no less than 13 days.

With the seedings for the 2017 European U17 Championships published yesterday, the draws were published today around 13:00 CET on Tournament Software.

- I feel really happy about being 1st seeds but to be honest I thought that we would have more luck with draws, Matusz says to Badminton Europe.

- Because we play against an English pair in second round and they are really good. But we will do the best what we can to win this match. I hoped that we would play a hard match in quarterfinal not in 2 round.

Ercetin is ready on both events
In mixed doubles she will play with Faruk Mehmet Yilmaz and face Gloria and Lourenço from Portugal in the first round.

- I do not know them, but I am very excited about playing the first match, she tells Badminton Europe.

As the top seeded with Zehra Erdem, the Turkish women’s doubles have great expectations for the U17 championships.

- Our aim is to finish first. We hope to play without any mistakes and with control on court.
