Now the Bulgarian International has come to the conclusion, after such a good well represented tournament from what was on show in Sofia.

The men’s singles was no real worries for Indian 27 year old international Gurusaiduttas he did not have any trouble with beating Muhammed Ali Kurt from Turkey in straight sets 21-17 and 21-16, in a contest which took just over half an hour to complete.

Victory for Mitsova
One of thefavourites for the tournament in the women’s singles category, Mariya Mitsovawas the winner after getting the better of her opponent, Croatian in Maja Pavlinc quite comfortably after winning the first game 21-10 and then just finishing off the contest, in the second set scoring 21-3.

It was Arun George and Sanyam Shukla who came out winners of the men’s doubles, beating Slovenian pair, Miha Ivanic and Araz Krapez in straight sets. The first set was close but the second set was just finishing off the Slovenian third seed to give the title to George and Shukla.

Doubles title to Belgium
Belgian women Lise Jaques and Flore Vandenhoucke won the women’s doubles final in a game that could have gone either way with their German opponents being number four seed for the competition. However, this was not that case as Jaques and Vandenhoucke won the match in straight sets in comfortable style, 21-10 each set.

It was victory for Austria in the mixed doubles final as Dominik Stipsits and Antonia Meinke came up trumps to beat Indian pair Sanyam Shukla and Ahillya Harjani in straight sets. But it was closer than it seems as the first set was won by the Austrians 21-16 with the second set being 21-5, which was a good second set performance from Stipsits and Meinke.
