The organizing team in Kragujevac:

The organizer from the Serbian National Association Andreja Todorovic said "We're so proud to see that more and more countries are interested in being part of this project. A total of 28 very motivated players aged U15 had the opportunity to experience high level trainings with two practice sessions every day. We've had a really enjoyable week with great players and staff coaches from nine European countries and we would like to say thanks to all the participants for breaking records and for the great work done during Girls Project 2015. Many thanks also to our wonderful  Head Coach, Debbie Lynch and all the institutions that supported Girls Project."

On Debbie´s experience with the girls during the camp:

"We had an official coaches´ meeting on the Monday evening after the first training session where I outlined the focus points of the camp which was to promote self-learning on the court and the ability to be able to focus 100% during the training sessions. We wanted this year for the girls to take back home technical skills plus tactical and movement programs to help them develop their badminton skills. We saw like the last two years, that many of the girls are very upright on the court and we wanted the players to feel that they really have improved during the week and developed their badminton skills. For the third time it was a great pleasure for me to be asked to come as the head coach at the U15 Girls Camp in Kragujevac in Serbia.  The motivational and organizational skills of Andreja and Marija made this camp a success. 100% professionalism and with great attention to details in improving the camp."

The organizing team has also built an information network which was constantly refreshed on our specific Facebook page. It was actively updated with photos from trainings sessions and other social activities.
