The WiB Meeting in London

The Working Group met for their second time in 2013. The group meeting was organized prior to the Council Meeting on 20 September 2013 in the city of London.

The group followed up on the 2013 activities - the evaluation of the first coaching conference, held by the WiB group in July (Vejen, Denmark), was part of the discussion. The group discussed as well how to engage European Member Associations in a more daily based communication on WiB-related topics, and how to encourage the WiB initiatives on the national level.  

The next point on the WiB group agenda is the 2014 WiB Award, as the application period will open in October. The group members as well started working on a research on the current women in badminton situation in Europe.

The place and time of the next meeting is still to be confirmed.
